HARRY A. DELL

HARRY A. DELL (b. December 1895)
This was the adopted name of Arn Daletitski, born in Mikolayve (Mykolayiv? Mikołów?), Vilna region.  He studied in religious primary school.  At age ten he came to the United States to join his father.  There he studied at and graduated from an elementary school.  He later worked during the daytime and took evening courses at a middle school.  In 1913 he organized a literary-musical group and later arranged concerts.  In 1926-1927, he was editor and publisher of a semi-annual journal Teater un kunst (Theater and art), in Yiddish and English, “dedicated to theater, music, cantorial arts, and others branches of the arts” (New York, two issues appeared).
