YITSKHOK AYZNBERG

YITSKHOK AYZNBERG (b. December 22, 1913)
     He was born in Pinsk.  He studied in the University of Warsaw.  In 1934 he settled in Palestine.  He wrote for Haaretz (The land [of Israel]), and he became the news editor for Haboker (This morning).  His first articles about literature and social issues were published in Dos vort (The word) and Yugnt-frayhayt (Youth freedom) (Warsaw, 1932).  He wrote from Palestine for Morgn-zhurnal (Morning journal) in New York and other newspapers.  He edited magazines in Palestine dedicated to young people and sports.
