Born
in Volkovisk (Vawkavysk), Russia.
He studied in Germany, and practiced medicine in New York. He was the editor of Harofe haivri
(The Jewish doctor) (New York, 1933), 142 pp., and of Volkovisker
yisker-bukh (Volkovisk memory book), 2 vols. (New York, 1949), 990 pp. He died in New York.
