He was a medical doctor in Minsk.  He published a socio-economic work entitled “Di yidishe arbeter-yugnt in vaysrusland” (The Jewish working youth in Byelorussia), Tsaytshrift (Periodical), vol. 2-3 (Minsk, 1928), pp. 379-398.
