He was the author of two religious texts in Yiddish: Keser
tfiln (Crown of phylacteries), concerning the laws of the commandment of
phylacteries, as well as texts from the Talmud, midrash, and Zohar that discuss
the commandment of phylacteries (Vilna: H. Tsyonszohn, 1910), 40 pp.; and Di heylikeyt fun
yidishn folk un der veg tsu der geule (The sanctity of the Jewish people
and the path to redemption) (Vilna, 1939), 36 pp.
