ABRAHAM BEN-URI

ABRAHAM BEN-URI

     He came originally from Poland.  He lived in Warsaw and later in Israel.  He was the author of Hebreish-yidish verterbukh (Hebrew-Yiddish dictionary) (Warsaw and Tel Aviv, 1933), 241 pp.  He was also the translator of Agadot hakushim liyeladim (Legends of African children) (Warsaw, 1923), 80 pp.
