M. GOLDENBERG (b. October 7, 1889)
He was born in Lanskroun, Podolia. At age five he moved to Kamenets-Podolsk
(Kamianets-Podilskyi), where from 1912 he
worked as a bookkeeper in a bank. In
1914 he emigrated to the United States.
He was the author of a short book of stories, entitled Hershl
(Hershl) (San Francisco, 1927), 31 pp., with a short autobiography of the
author written in Hebrew.
