DOVID RASHKOVAN (1881-July 16, 1966)
Also
known by the surname Rashkov, he was born in Telenesht (Telenesti),
Bessarabia. In 1910 he emigrated to
Argentina. From 1911 he was publishing
stories and impressions of Jewish Argentinian life in: Idish (Yiddish), Argentiner
vokhnblat (Argentinian weekly newspaper), Der tog (The day), and Idishe
tsaytung (Jewish newspaper). In book
form: Der banker (The banker) (Buenos
Aires: Bikhlekh far yedn, 1920), 28 pp. He
died in Buenos Aires.
