DINE RUMANOVE
A bibliographer and journalist, in the early 1930s she lived in Minsk and worked in the central state library there. She compiled a series of bibliographical materials. From the latter half of the 1930s, she was living in Rostov-on-Don. She published articles in the Minsk newspaper Oktyabr (October), in Moscow’s Der emes (The truth), and after the war in Warsaw’s Folks-shtime (Voice of the people) and Yidishe shriftn (Yiddish writings). Her works include: “Melukhe-biblyotek un biblyografisher institute fun vaysrusland afn nomen fun lenin. 10-teglekher-byuleten far rekomendirte un nit-rekomendirte bikher” (State Library and Lenin Bibliographical Institute of Byelorussia, ten-day orientation bulletin for recommended and not recommended books) (Minsk) 1 (July 1932); “Peryodisher oryentir-byuleten far rekomendirte un nit-rekomendirte bikher” (Periodical orientation bulletin for recommended and not recommended books) (Minsk, 1931-1933).
