MORTKHE
GRANKOVITSH (1918-?)
He was born in Warsaw, Poland. He graduated from a secular Jewish school,
later becoming a lawyer. In 1937-1939 he
published lyrical poetry in Folkstsaytung
(People’s newspaper) and in Foroys
(Onward) in Warsaw. During WWII, he was
in the Warsaw Ghetto, and there he was killed by the Nazi murderers.
