MORTKHE KERMAN (1858-January 5, 1954)
He was
born in Karlin, Byelorussia. He studied
in religious elementary schools. He was
a tailor by profession. In 1935 he made
aliya to the land of Israel. In his old
age, he wrote Mayne zikhroynes, hundert
yor pinsk (My memoirs, a century of Pinsk) (Haifa, 1950), 225 pp. He died in Haifa.
