LOUIS KESTOR (b. May 6, 1894)
He was
born Kh. L. Kateshtor in Yampol-Podolsk.
From 1920 he was living in the United States. He wrote stories and sketches in: Familyen zhurnal (Family journal) in New
York, Idisher kuryer (Jewish courier)
in Chicago, and Unzer folks fraynd (Our
people’s friend), but mostly in Philadelphia’s Idishe velt (Jewish world).
Due to illness he ceased writing.
