KHAYIM-YITSKHOK KELER (January 10, 1892-June 13, 1975)
He was
born in Rosh Pina, Israel. He was a
teacher there and from 1923 in Tel Aviv.
He wrote articles in Hebrew and Arabic newspapers. He authored the textbooks Lamed ivrit (Learn Hebrew) (1930) and Lern arabish, a laykhte sistem tsu erlernen di arabishe shprakh (Learn Arabic, an
easy system to learn the Arabic language) (Tel Aviv: Mitspe, 1935). He died in Tel Aviv.
