N. SHTERNBERG (d. January 1943)
He was
in the Warsaw Ghetto where he frequently appeared at literary evenings. He wrote literary critical articles and
poetry. He often wrote for Haynt (Today) in Warsaw, and he
contributed as well to: Yidish
(Yiddish), Tsukunft (Future) (1932,
1933, 1935) in New York, and Vokhnshrift
far literatur un kunst (Weekly writing for literature and art) in Warsaw,
among others. He translated many of the
Hebrew poems of A. Ibn-Zahav. He died in
the Warsaw Ghetto.
