He came from Lithuania, before emigrating
to South Africa where he worked as a Hebrew teacher. He published in Afrikaner (African) in Johannesburg (1912) a series of articles
concerning “Hebrew and Yiddish,” “Prayer and Torah,” “Language Questions,” and
the like. Biographical details remain unknown.
