DUBINSKI (1883-February 1, 1940)
He was born in Ekaterinoslav, into
an Orthodox family. After graduating
from the local high school, He studied at Kharkov University and later in
Berlin. He was a medical doctor by
profession. In 1938 he moved to
Paris. Over the years 1939-1940, he
worked as a leader of OZE (Obschestvo
zdravookhraneniia evreev—Society for the Protection of the Health of the Jewish
Population) in Riga. He was co-publisher of the Riga Frimorgn (Morning) (1926-1928). He wrote on medical topics. He authored the volume Di higyene fun der froy (Female hygiene). He died in Riga, Latvia.
