I. B. KOTSIN (1857-May 17, 1929)
He was
born in Kovno. He graduated from the medical
faculty in St. Petersburg in 1883. He
wrote mostly in the Russian and a bit in the Yiddish press on medical and
community matters. He published Zikhroynes fun mayn doctor-lebn (Memoirs
of my life as a doctor) (Kovno, 1938), 96 pp.
He died in Berlin.
