IZI
SHAFIR (b. 1905)
He was born Ayzik Shlyapotshnik in
Lithuania. In 1923 he emigrated to
Buenos Aires. He had a Hebrew and
general education. He published stories
in Nay-velt (New world), Di prese (The press), Dorem-amerike (South America), Oyfgang (Arise), and In gang (In progress).
