LANDAU
He was editor of the weekly
newspaper, Di yudishe folkstaytung
(The Jewish people’s newspaper) in New York (July 1878-May 1880). He filled out its pages practically by
himself with running Jewish and general news, as well as with his weekly “Political
report” and other articles. The newspaper
was written in a lightly Germanized style.
Biographical details remain unknown.
