MENAKHEM HIRSHPRUNG (b. July 13, 1912)
            He was born in Dukle, Galicia.  He received rabbinic ordination in 1937.  During WWII he reached Montreal, where he worked as head of the rabbinic court.  In book form: Fun natsishn yomer tol (From the valley of Nazi lamentation) (Montreal, 1945), 249 pp.
