NOYEKH
MELNIK (d. August 1933)
He was born in Bialystok. He received a secular Jewish education. For a time he was an employee in various
banks. He contributed to Yiddish,
Hebrew, and Russian newspapers. He
departed for Paris and founded there the daily newspaper Parizer moment (Paris moment).
He died in Paris.
