TSVI-HERSH BEN MEYER

            He was the author of Briv-shteller o passhegen haksav (Letter-writing manual), fourth printing (Frankfurt-Oder, 1804)—in Hebrew and Yiddish.  He published the well-known work of Yedaya Hapnini entitled Bechanut olam (In the storehouse of the world) with a Yiddish translation (Frankfurt-Oder, 1803).
