LEYVI-YITSKHOK FRENKEL
            He was born in Stri (Struj), Galicia, a grandson of the Rebbe, R. Uri Strelisker, the Seraf (“holy angel”).  He published in the Warsaw Orthodox daily newspaper, Der yud (The Jew).  A story of his, “Kidesh levone” (Blessing of the new moon), was included in M. Prager’s anthology.  Shortly before WWII, he contributed to Di idishe arbeter shtime (The voice of Jewish workers), organ of “Poale Agudat Yisrael” (Workers of Agudat Yisrael).  In book form: Rebe uri strelisker un zayn zun r’ shloyme (Rebbe Uri Strelisker and his son, Rabbi Shloyme) (Przemyśl, 1927), 32 pp., initially appearing in Der yud.  He was murdered during the Holocaust.
