POZNANSKI (b. ca. 1928)
She came from Vilna. She was in the Koshedar
(Kaišiadorys) concentration camp.
Her poem “A mame” (A mother), which she would have written after the
Germans murdered her mother, appears in Shmerke Katsherginski’s Lider fun di getos un lagern (Songs from the
ghettos and camps) (New York, 1948). She
was killed by the Nazis.
