V. KAPELKIN

            In the first years after 1917, he worked as a teacher in Yiddish schools in Ukraine.  He published textbooks for such schools: Naturkentenish, umorganishe natur (Knowledge of nature, inorganic nature), with A. V. Tsinger (Kiev: State Publ., 1923), 106 pp.; Naturkentenish, botanik (Knowledge of nature, botanical), with A. V. Tsinger (Kiev: State Publ., 1923), 70 pp.; Naturkentenish, zoology (Knowledge of nature, zoological), with A. V. Tsinger (Kiev: State Publ., 1923), 112 pp.
