KH. B. KAZHDAN

            He was a writer who lived in the United States from the early 1920s.  He was a vegetarian.  He supported himself by systematically buying bags.  He published his own stories under the title Der reyekh fun der erd, tipn un bilder fun dem amerikanem kountri leben (The scent of the earth, types and images from American country life) (New York, 1926), 59 pp.
