YITSKHOK KOLER (IRVING KOLLER) (b. May 16, 1908)
He was
born in Rudnik, Galicia. He came to the
United States in 1922. He graduated from
the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York and from the University of
California. He wrote on Jewish folklore
and other matters in Kheshbn
(Accounting) in Los Angeles, Gedenkbukh
galitsye (Memory volume for Galicia) (Buenos Aires, 1964), and Mexico City’s
Der veg (The way) in which he had a
weekly column. In Hebrew he published Sefer ester vezikato litekufat ezra unehemya
(The Book of Esther and its relationship to the epoch of Ezra and Neḥemiah) (Los Angeles,
1952), 112 pp.
