ITSIK KOZLOVSKI (December 28, 1898-July 15, 1979)
He was
born in Hozheve (?), Bessarabia. He
studied with itinerant elementary schoolteachers and private tutors. He emigrated to the United States and settled
in New York. He founded and edited Bney yidish (Children of Yiddish) with
the goal of spreading the Yiddish language.

(Under the Cuban sky), using the pen name Y. K. Frumes (New York, 1939), 80
pp. He died in New York.
