SHMUEL
DOMNITS (1888-November 15, 1971)
He was born in Starobin,
Russia. He studied in a yeshiva in
Minsk. In 1907 he emigrated to the
United States. He lived in New York and
later in Los Angeles. He published
poetry in Di feder (The pen) in New York
and in California Jewish periodicals. In
book form: Fun mayn gortn, lider
(From my garden, poems) (New York, 1965), 77 pp. He died in New York.
