BENYOMEN-PINKHES ROZENBLAT (1880-late November 1964)
He was
an English and Yiddish writer who was living in New York from 1890. In 1897 he published his first story in
Yiddish in Abend-blatt (Evening
newspaper). He later published stories
in: Forverts (Forward), Tog (Day), Tsukunft (Future), Fraye
arbeter shtime (Free voice of labor), Fraye
gezelshaft (Free society), and Der
amerikaner (The American), among other serials. He received an award in a Tsukunft competition for his stories. He died in New York.
