He lived
for a time in Scheveningen, Netherlands.
He worked as a private Hebrew teacher there. He emigrated to the United States and lived
in Brooklyn. He was the author of Di harfe, natsyonale un folksshtimlikhe
gedikhte (The harp, national and folk poetry) (Rotterdam: Pardes, ca.
1920), 18 pp.
