He
earned the title of M.A. and was active in the Zionist party in Poland. From the German he translated M. Assaf’s: Di shtremungen un di politishe organizatsyes
fun di palestiner araber (The orientations and the political organizations of
the Palestinian Arabs [original: Die
Strömungen und die politischen Organisationen der palästinensischen Araber)
(Vilna: Tsienistishe biblyotek, 1932); and Di
musulmenishe konferents in yerusholaim un der panislamizm (The Islamic
conference in Jerusalem and pan-Islamism [original: Die muselmanische Konferenz in Jerusalem und der Panislamismus) (Vilna:
Tsienistishe biblyotek, 1932), 23 pp. He
authored: Di parteyen un grupirungen in
tsienizm (The parties and groups in Zionism) (Warsaw, 1934), 82 pp.; edited
with Y. Shiper, A. Tartakover, N. Gelber, and F. Vaserman, Tsienistisher leksikon (Zionist biogreaphical dictionary), vol. 2
(Warsaw, 1935), eight booklets, the first four of were edited by
Tsveyboym. Biographical details remain
unknown.
