ROKHL BERGMAN (1897-1955)

            She was born in Kandoy (Kandava), Courland.  Over the years 1919-1928, she studied in Riga, later in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and London.  In book form: Lider un mesholim (Poems and fables) (London, 1958), 81, vi pp.  She died in Cape Town.
