DORE VOLF-SHTEYN (DORA WOOLF-STEIN)

DORE VOLF-SHTEYN (DORA WOOLF-STEIN) (b. 1888)
            Her roots were in Russia.  In the early twentieth century, she came to the United States, where she lived in various states.  From 1942 she was in Los Angeles.  She was a painter and poetess.  She was the author of Lider un bilder (Poems and pictures) (Los Angeles, 1947), 39 pp. and 3 pp.—it contains a collection of her lyrical poetry and drawings.
