S. BOYMAN

S. BOYMAN (b. 1896)
            This was the pseudonym Shiye Novik, born in Brisk (Brest), Lithuania.  He worked as a journalist.  He studied in religious elementary school.  Over the years 1921-1923, he was living in Argentina, later in New York, and from 1943 in Los Angeles.  He began publishing articles in Di prese (The press) in Buenos Aires, later in Frayhayt (Freedom) in New York, Kalifornyer shriftn (California writings), and primarily in Morgn frayhayt (Morning freedom).
