LEYZER GORYELOV (b. November 20, 1890)
He was born in Moscow and studied in
Warsaw. He graduated from middle
school. In his youth, he became
interested in Yiddish theater. In 1919
he was secretary to the Yiddish Theater Association in Poland. He published articles in connection with issues
concerning Yiddish theater in Literarishe bleter (Literary leaves) and
in the publications of the Jewish artists’ union, among others. In the years between the two world wars, he
worked together with various Yiddish theatrical undertakings. His subsequent fate remains unknown.
