ARN (AARON) GORELIK (1880-June 22, 1955)
He was born in Bobruisk,
Byelorussia. After 1905 he spent a short
time in London. That year he came to the
United States. He was a leather
worker. Following the Bolshevik uprising
in Russia, he was active in the “Friends of the Soviet Union.” In the 1920 he visited the U.S.S.R., and in
1945 IKUF (Jewish cultural association) published his book Shturemdike yorn
(Stormy years) (New York, 420 pp.). He
died in Los Angeles, California.
