MOYSHE SHUTAN

MOYSHE SHUTAN (b. February 24, 1924)

            He was born in Sventsyan (Svencionys), Lithuania.  Since 1949 he has been living in Israel.  He worked as a construction laborer in Tel Aviv.  His experiences in the Vilna ghetto and with the partisans are described in his book: Geto un vald (Ghetto and forest) (Tel Aviv, 1971), 216 pp.
