PALINOVSKI
He was a Soviet Jewish cultural leader
and journalist. He was an internal
contributor to Odeser arbeter (Odessa
laborer). He was one of the so-called “linkatshn”
(leftists) concerning Yiddish. At the Ukrainian
Yiddish language conference in May 1934, he called for “enriching the Yiddish
language with Russianisms, Ukrainianism, and internationalisms.”
